Quick Project Overview
As Network & Storytelling Coordinator for The Wellbeing Project’s Ecological Belonging (EB) Initiative, I led the design, research, and storytelling strategies across a global network exploring the interconnection between personal, collective, and planetary wellbeing. The initiative convened artists, researchers, and changemakers to reimagine belonging through the lenses of ecology, identity, and systems change.
Impact & Learning
This initiative demonstrated how narrative can act as connective tissue across systems of change. It taught me how storytelling, research, impact measurement, and community practice intertwine to create spaces of belonging that are both reflective and regenerative.
Above all, it showed how well-being — when approached ecologically — becomes a shared practice of remembering our interdependence.

The Wellbeing Project’s Ecological Belonging Initiative brings together cross-sector leaders to explore how wellbeing extends beyond the individual to our relationships—with one another, with communities, and with the planet. The initiative spanned 9+ research and practice tracks, uniting international fellows, funders, and partners in dialogue and experimentation. My role focused on translating the initiative’s complexity into accessible narratives and learning frameworks that could be shared with global audiences.
